DONNA MCCABE SCHAEFFER

Donna McCabe Schaeffer is a director of the law firm of Council, Baradel, Kosmerl & Nolan, P.A.

Mrs. Schaeffer's practice focuses primarily on domestic relations law, civil litigation, real estate (property) law and civil practice.

Mrs. Schaeffer began her career as Law Clerk to the Honorable James F. Couch, Jr., Associate Judge, Maryland Court of Appeals. Since 1986, Mrs. Schaeffer has been in private practice. She has had extensive experience in all areas of family law, including divorce, child custody and visitation, adoption and guardianship.

Mrs. Schaeffer was admitted to practice in Maryland in 1985 and the U.S. District Court for the District of Maryland in 1988.
