SUELLEN M. FERGUSON Suellen M. Ferguson is a partner of the law firm of Council, Baradel, Kosmerl & Nolan, P.A. Ms. Ferguson’s practice includes municipal law, zoning, planning and land use, personal injury, cable/right of way regulation and civil litigation. In private practice since 1978, Ms. Ferguson has represented municipalities since 1985. She is a member of the bar in the District of Columbia, Maryland and Virginia and is admitted to practice before the state and federal courts in all three jurisdictions. Ms. Ferguson has served on the Board of Directors of the Maryland Municipal League, the Board of Directors of the Law Foundation of Prince George’s County, the Board of Directors of the Friends Community School, and as Sidwell Friends Parents Association Co-President and Liaison to the Sidwell Friends Board of Trustees. She also serves as a volunteer facilitator in the District Court for Prince George’s County. |
