JOHN NAUMANN STRANGE

John Naumann Strange is a director of the law firm of Council, Baradel, Kosmerl & Nolan, P.A.

Mr. Strange's practice includes estate planning and administration, business law, taxation and real estate.

Mr. Strange began his career as a trial attorney for the Office of Chief Counsel, Internal Revenue Service. Since that time, his practice has been concentrated in assisting individuals and families in planning for their futures and in probating their estates. He has also assisted many Maryland businesses in selecting and establishing the proper business entity (i.e., corporation, S corp., LLC, partnership) for their needs and in structuring residential and commercial real estate transactions.

Mr. Strange was admitted to the Maryland bar in 1986, the Pennsylvania bar in 1982, the New Jersey bar in 1983, and the District of Columbia bar in 1987.
